Our Philosophy

Precision over surgery, function over medication, and a plan built around you.

RH Spine & Pain Institute was founded on a simple conviction: patients living with spine and joint pain deserve a physician who exhausts every advanced, minimally invasive option before surgery is ever discussed. Co-founded by Dr. Andrew Hanna and Dr. Matthew Robinson, our practice brings fellowship-trained, image-guided interventional care to Los Alamitos.

Every consultation begins with a thorough evaluation of your imaging, history, and goals. From there, we build a treatment path — often combining regenerative, injection-based, and neuromodulation techniques — designed to restore function and help you avoid the operating room whenever possible.
